We build across the Klang Valley. Outside that radius, we still take on the design work on its own: a layout plan, a 3D design, and the consultation behind both, for homeowners anywhere in Malaysia.
What's included
- Layout plan. A measured space-planning drawing for your unit or room, working through furniture placement, traffic flow and storage before anything is priced or built.
- 3D design. Visuals of the proposed design, so you're deciding on a space you can actually see, not a floor plan and a mood board you have to imagine together.
- Consultation. The conversation behind both: how you live, what the space needs to do, and the revisions it takes to get the layout and design right before you build anything.
What's not included
Site work. Hacking, carpentry installation, wiring, tiling and day-to-day site supervision all depend on a crew we can actually get to your address, and that stays within our Klang Valley build radius. Outside it, the layout plan and 3D design are the deliverable, not a first stage we finish for you: once the design is signed off, it's yours to build with a contractor local to you.
How it works remotely
You send photos, a video walkthrough and measurements of the space. We talk it through on a video call, the same way we already manage Klang Valley clients who are overseas or not living in the unit during their project. From there: a draft layout plan, a 3D design built on the approved layout, a round of revisions, and the final files handed over. No site visit required at any stage.
Where this works
Anywhere in Malaysia, Peninsular or East Malaysia, since the design stage never depended on where the site crew is based. If you're inside the Klang Valley, this can also be the first stage of a full design and build project instead of a standalone deliverable.

Do you build outside the Klang Valley?
No. On-site construction stays within the Klang Valley: Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Kajang, Puchong and greater Selangor. Outside that radius, we still take on the design stage: a layout plan, a 3D design, and the consultation behind both.
What do I actually receive?
A measured layout plan for your space, 3D design visuals of the proposed result, and the consultation time to develop and revise both until the design is one you'd actually build.
Can I hand the layout plan and 3D design to my own contractor?
Yes. That's the point of offering it as a standalone service. The layout plan and 3D design are yours to build from with a contractor local to you, once the design stage is done.
How does the consultation work if you can't visit my home?
Over WhatsApp and video call, working from photos, a video walkthrough and measurements you provide. It's the same remote process we already use for Klang Valley clients who are overseas or not living in the unit during their project.
How much does it cost?
It's priced separately from a full design-and-build project, since there's no construction phase attached. Tell us the space and what you need on a consultation call and we'll quote it directly, rather than guessing at a number that doesn't fit your brief.
