What we take on
Maintenance and repair covers the smaller work that a home always needs: repairs and making good after a leak or a crack, joinery and cabinet fixes when a hinge or a drawer runner gives up, touch-up and repainting works, and small upgrades like reworking a wardrobe or refreshing a bathroom without a full renovation. Scope varies a great deal from one job to the next, so the honest answer to whether we can help is usually: ask us, and tell us what you're looking at.
These jobs rarely come with the luxury of a long lead time. A leak needs looking at soon, a broken cabinet door is a daily annoyance, and a chipped wall by the front door is the first thing every guest sees. We treat the small, urgent jobs with the same seriousness as the large planned ones, because to the person living with the problem, it is not a small job at all.

Where we work
Duotone is based in SS17, Subang Jaya, and takes on maintenance and repair work across the Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Klang, Kajang and greater Selangor, for condominiums, terrace houses, semi-Ds and bungalows. If your home is outside these areas, ask us anyway; some jobs are still possible depending on distance and scope.

Do you take on small repair jobs?
Yes, within reason. It depends on the scope and the location, so send a photo and a short description on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on.
Do you only maintain homes you built?
No. Past clients get priority through the defect liability period, but we take on maintenance and repair work on other homes too, not only ones we originally designed or built.
