A local team, honestly described
Our studio is in SS17, Subang Jaya, roughly 30 to 35 minutes from most of Kepong. What that means in practice: site visits are scheduled around your project, not squeezed in around traffic, and when something needs a look after handover, we are close enough to actually come.
Duotone is a CIDB-registered design and build company (SL027880), not a freelance arrangement. The people who design your home are the people who build it, under one contract, with an itemised quotation before work starts.

Do you work on small or compact apartments, or only larger homes?
Both. Our Metropolitan Kepong project is a compact apartment, and the planning discipline that a small footprint demands, storage, sightlines, honest space allocation, is the same discipline we bring to a whole-home project. Scope changes; the process does not.
Which parts of Kepong do you cover?
All of them, including Jinjang, Segambut and Sri Sinar. It is roughly a 30 to 35-minute drive from our studio, on the Kuala Lumpur side of the Klang Valley.
Do you handle DBKL renovation permits?
Yes, we manage the process end-to-end, including working permits, submission plans, and coordination with third-party architect consultants where Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur requires an endorsed drawing. For strata properties, we also coordinate JMB or MC approval.
