No room in a Malaysian home works harder than the kitchen, and no renovation is judged more often: three times a day, by the person who cooks. It deserves to be designed around them.
Designed around how you actually cook
The first question in a kitchen renovation is not which cabinet finish you like. It is who cooks, how often, and what a normal Tuesday dinner looks like. A household that cooks curries daily and a household that mostly reheats and entertains need different kitchens: different ventilation, different worktop, a different answer to whether the wet kitchen or the dry kitchen gets the space. We design from those answers, then choose finishes to survive them.
This is also where cabinetry stops being furniture and becomes planning. Bin drawers where scraps actually get cut, a tall unit that swallows the rice cooker and air fryer instead of leaving them on the worktop, drawers deep enough for the wok. The showpiece kitchens in our gallery below hold up in daily use because that thinking came first, not after.
What we take on
- Full kitchen rebuilds. Strip-out to finished: layout, cabinetry, worktops, tiling, plumbing, gas and electrical, in one sequence under one team.
- Wet and dry kitchen pairs. Getting the split right: what each side does, which one gets the window, where the heavy ventilation goes.
- Cabinetry and worktop replacement. When the bones are good, new carpentry and a new surface transform the room without touching the services behind it.
- Kitchens inside larger renovations. Most of our kitchen work happens inside a whole-home renovation or condo renovation; a standalone kitchen is welcome too.
- Kitchen extensions. Pushing the kitchen back into the yard is half kitchen design, half extension work; we do both halves, including the approvals.
The unglamorous parts, done properly
A kitchen fails at its services first: a floor trap that smells because the pipe run was an afterthought, a hood that recirculates grease because ducting was too much trouble, a gas line run by whoever was cheapest that day. Because we are a design and build team rather than a cabinet supplier, the plumbing, gas, electrical and waterproofing are part of our scope and our warranty, not a separate contractor you have to find and supervise yourself.
Where approvals apply (condo management rules for hacking and wet works, council approval when a kitchen moves into an extension), we manage the process end-to-end, including submission plans and third-party architect consultants where required.

Do you build both wet and dry kitchens?
Yes. Most Malaysian homes cook in two modes, and the honest starting question is how your household actually cooks: daily heavy cooking needs a wet kitchen that can take it, while a show kitchen that mostly serves breakfast can afford more delicate finishes.
Quartz, sintered stone or granite?
It depends on how you cook, not on what is trending. Quartz is consistent and practical but dislikes direct heat; sintered stone takes heat and scratches better at a higher price and with more demanding installation; granite remains the workhorse. We show you real samples and tell you what each one costs to live with, not just to buy.
Does a kitchen renovation need permits or approvals?
Sometimes. In a condo, kitchen works need management approval, and hacking or wet-work changes have rules of their own. In a landed home, moving the kitchen into an extension needs council approval. Where permits or submission plans are needed, we manage the process end-to-end, including third-party architect consultants where required.
How long is my kitchen out of action?
A straightforward cabinetry-and-worktop replacement is measured in weeks; a full rebuild with new plumbing, gas and electrical runs longer, plus cabinetry fabrication lead time before the site starts. We sequence the work so the kitchen is unusable for the shortest stretch we can manage, and we tell you that stretch before you commit.
