Choosing an interior designer is easier when you can see their work on homes like yours, in the place you live. In Puchong we can do exactly that, in the format most Puchong homeowners actually live in: a condominium. X2 Residensi I is a classic contemporary unit built around a round marble dining table. X2 Residensi II takes the opposite mood, modern glam, with royal blue tufted sofas anchoring the living room.
Two units, two different briefs, one team. That range matters more than a style: it is evidence the design started from how each household actually lives, not from a template we repeat floor by floor.
A local team, honestly described
Our studio is in SS17, Subang Jaya, roughly 15 to 20 minutes from most of Puchong, one of the closest areas we serve. What that means in practice: site visits are scheduled around your project, not squeezed in around traffic, and when something needs a look after handover, we are close enough to actually come.
Duotone is a CIDB-registered design and build company (SL027880), not a freelance arrangement. The people who design your home are the people who build it, under one contract, with an itemised quotation before work starts.

Have you completed projects in Puchong?

Do you only take on condos in Puchong, or landed homes too?
Both of our completed Puchong projects happen to be condominiums, which is real, useful reference work if you live in a high-rise here. We also take on landed renovations in Puchong; we just do not yet have a completed landed project in the area to show you.

All of them, including Bandar Kinrara, Bandar Puteri Puchong and IOI Puchong Jaya. It is roughly a 15 to 20-minute drive from our studio, one of the closest areas we serve.
Do you handle strata renovation approvals for Puchong condos?
Yes. Puchong falls under Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya (MBSJ), but for a condominium the approval that actually matters day to day is your building's JMB or MC, including deposits, working hours and lift booking. We manage that coordination as part of the job.
